Heather Nappi

IFBB Figure Pro

About Heather

I have been an athlete for most of my life. Prior to being a pro bikini/figure athlete I was a gymnast, played volleyball for over 15 years, and was an avid track and field runner (sprints, mid-distance and hurdles). I began my journey to the stage in 2010 and went from an amateur bikini competitor, to a bikini pro, to a figure pro. I lost about 30 pounds to compete in my first show in September 2010 while a full time law student. I earned my pro card in 2011 in the bikini division, competed in 3 pro bikini shows and later decided to make the transition to pro figure in 2012. I competed as a pro figure competitor beginning in May of 2013 and have done a total of 6 pro figure shows. Not only am I a pro figure competitor and Muscleegg athlete but I am also a Muscleegg sales representative for the East Coast as well as a full time attorney practicing in plaintiff's personal injury.

Enjoy!!
