You're either green and growing or ripe and rotting!  I live my life by this saying, which leads to perpetual growth; mind, body and soul.  Life is your personal canvas.  You can paint whatever your heart desires.  I keep my mind sharp as a IT Consulting Engineer, my body fit as an IFBB Pro Fitness competitor, and my soul shines bright because I'm living MY dream!

There's things that drain your energy and those that give you energy.  I feel revived after fitness.  I feel alive, healthy and unstoppable.  I started competing in the Fitness division in 2009, went pro in 2012 and started my come back in 2016 after 2 years of Regnenexx recovery from a major back injury.

Learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable.  It's how I stay green and growing.  Step outside of your comfort zone because if you aren't doing the extraordinary expect ordinary results.
