NPC Superheavyweight Bodybuilder

About Brent

Working out has always been a part of my life since I have been a young kid. I started out in the gym when I was 13 years old with my dad who played professional baseball and the love of lifting and the bodybuilding lifestyle took form. The fitness world has been great to be a part of rather its through competing, training people, meeting people, covering shows, or even meeting my wife. If you love something and are passionate about it I am a firm believer good things will follow!!!!

Career Highlights

I have been competing for the last 10 years which includes 8 overall titles and 11 class victories. At the national level I have placed 3rd at the NPC Team Universe, 1st at the NPC JR USA, and more recently 5th this year at the NPC USA and 4th at the NPC Nationals.

Favorite Use of MuscleEgg

This is a very hard question to answer because there are so many AMAZING ways to use it!!! I do everything from drinking it, adding it to protein shakes, making waffles with it, or cooking them in the skillet and eating them like an omelet. One thing that remains is this remains a staple in my day to day life and always will be.

Favorite Hobbies

Spending time with my wife, family, and my beautiful dog Petey. I love the lake and in the summer you can find me everyday out there on my boat or waverunner. I must also not forget rooting for my favorite sports team the Chicago Cubs.

Best Advice I Ever Got

"Do not give up. Work with what the good Lord has given you and make it the best you can inside and out. Be humble and give more than you receive. Be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry." James 1:19
