About Ashley

Ashley Kaltwasser has been participating in athletic activities since she was four years old. She began competing in gymnastics and continued through her 10th grade year in high school when she became interested in track and field activities. She is a former collegiate track runner in the 400m hurdles. She is a Fitness cover model, IFBB Bikini Pro athlete and is coached by Adam Bonilla from Team Elite Physique. Ashley is a 3-time Ms. Bikini Olympia champion and has been a part of the MuscleEgg family for the last 7 years.
